 Qualifications      

·          Minimum 3 years experience as a Store Manager in a relevant traffic, volume and unit intensity business.

·          Strong proficiency for business acumen.

·          Proven track record in demonstrating the ability to manage multiple business priorities.

·          Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills.

·          Strong leadership skills.

·          Excellent visual presentation and operational skills.

·          Hands on management style.      

·         Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business I.E. day, weekend and evening, shifts.
